                        Why make a Will?

  • If you have children and die without making a Will, Social Services will

decide who gets authority to take care of them!

  • Your spouse will not necessarily inherit everything you own!

  • If you are not married your partner could receive nothing!

  • If your spouse remarries after your death, the new partner may inherit.

             Your children could get nothing!

  • The value of your home may be lost to pay for local authority care fees!

  • Specific personal items may not be passed on to the persons you would wish!

  •  The cost of administering your estate is likely to take longer and cost more in

fees if you do not have a Will!

  • There is likely to be more family arguments and upset if you do not leave

clear and legally binding instructions by making a Will!

  • The Treasury may become entitled to a larger part of your estate than would

be the case if you had an accurate and tax efficient Will!
