Our standard Will Writing service includes:-
1) An initial consultation in the comfort of your own home to:-
- discuss and advise you regarding your specific requirements.
- explain the role of executors, trustees, guardians, etc.
- take your instructions as the basis for the drafting of your Will.
2) Writing and thermal binding of your Will and complimentary copy Will.
3) A second home visit to:-
- check that the content of your Will meets with your requirements.
- explain your Will to you and answer any questions you may have.
- supervise the correct attestation (signing/witnessing) of your Will.
- act as one of your witnesses if required.
4) Correspondence to your Executors/Trustees/Guardians to confirm their appointments
(if required).
5) A personalised wallet in which to retain your documentation.
Total Fee - £89.00
Vat is not charged. If additional services such as property trusts, severance of joint tenancy, lasting power of attorney, advance decisions or document storage are taken, these will incur additional fees. A full price list is available on request.
